Felting and Weaving Art Week in Boston


I have spent a busy week down in Boston, Lincolnshire at a lovely school running felt workshops as part of their Art week.

Boston Pioneers Free School asked me to join them as part of their weaving project and make felted flowers and leaves for the 4 woven wall hangings they are making based on the seasons. Children from Reception to Year 2 experienced felt making and all produced some beautiful pieces of felt.

I am looking forward to seeing the finished wall hangings on display very soon.
